This reconstruction necessitated the removal of old engineering networks - ventilation and cabling, and for the whole hall floor to be levelled. A new rack system and new lighting was subsequently installed in the hall, and a new forklift was purchased. The investment totalled approximately EUR 50,000.

In 2020, Prematlak also invested in the optimization of production layout in the assembly and mechanical parts, the purchase of high-pressure control pumps is gradually being rolled-out, new air distribution systems have been installed in assembly, and a new Jablotron security system has been fitted.

The central warehouse was also optimized, and the cutting workplace moved there. The highest investment of EUR 77,000 in 2021 went to improving the main building's front and side facades, including a new fence and entrance gate with video intercom. This work also included the bus stop's relocation at the area's entrance, and the site's overall clean-up from being a general storage place, especially around the garages.
